Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unworn, unused, in perfect condition, with the original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@northandfive.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note:

  • Promotional (free) items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Apothecary, intimates, hosiery, headwear, and swimwear are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All international orders are final sale.
  • European Union Customers: In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must still meet our standard return conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns (unworn, in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags). North and Five will cover return shipping costs for exchanges. To request an exchange, email info@northandfive.com with your order number and the item details.

Alternatively, for a faster process, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast shipping. As a result, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Requests for cancellation must be made before the order is fulfilled, and approval is not guaranteed if more than 24 hours have passed.

Address changes must be approved and are not guaranteed after an order is processed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded once the package is returned to us. Items can only be reshipped to the original address provided at checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@northandfive.com immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping, or issue an approved exchange/refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
