SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1) How do I contact North and Five?

2) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that depending on how many items you purchase on our website, you may receive more than one tracking number. 

3) How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take anywhere between 7-14 working days, depending on your location and country. 

4) Why is my package missing some items?
Since we work with multiple warehouses, some items may be shipped in different packages, and therefore, all of your items may not arrive at the same time.

5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by your local postal service in your location.

6) Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from our warehouses in Asia, the United States, and Europe. We try to get your items to you as quickly as possible!

7) Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping?
Under our terms and conditions, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, changes to the order cannot be made and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

1) Will I be charged with import duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. The exact amounts and percentages vary by country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
North and Five cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. On rare occasions, custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
